This incident caused the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody in connection with a robbery at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by police.

A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals injured by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The assault - an event that authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
